About the role

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and experienced Associate Lawyer to join our Family & Relationship Law team based in Geelong and/ or Melbourne.

With three to five years of post-admission experience in a family & relationship law setting, you will work on a diverse and stimulating range of matters, drawing on your experience in areas such as property and financial settlements, parenting arrangements, spousal maintenance, child support, financial agreements and intervention orders. You will operate both autonomously and collaboratively, adapting confidently within a dynamic environment and contributing to a close-knit, high‑performing practice group.

Working closely with a supportive, talented and experienced team, including industry experts and accredited specialists, you can be part of a large and growing practice area, to deliver exceptional client outcomes across a broad range of family law matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering accurate, timely and considered legal advice to clients
• Providing an outstanding client experience
• Managing competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively with the team and contributing to a culture of excellence

What you will bring:

• At least three to five years post-admission experience in a family & relationship law team
• Demonstrated experience in family & relationship law
• Demonstrated experience in building client relationships
• Exceptional organisational and file management skills with a high level of attention to detail
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
