About the role

As we have continued to see growth across our business, we are excited to bring on a motivated Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join us on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts or office role, looking to develop their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Finance Administrator will play an integral role in daily financial activities such as:

  • Daily processing of trust receipts and bank reconciliations
  • EFT payments, credit card processing, and basic financial reporting
  • Support for debtor management and client billing activities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Oversee and maintain the Finance Inbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring records are accurate
  • Provide backup support for accounts payable, loading invoices and processing payments
  • Working closely with our finance team, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support the firm’s financial objectives.
