About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our Property & Development team.  You will have at least 2 years’ post admission experience in Property, demonstrated attention to detail and a focus on building lasting partnerships with clients.

Ideally you will have knowledge and experience across the following areas:

  • Working with developers, government organisations, large unlisted companies and SMEs;
  • Negotiating, drafting and advising on documents relating to commercial developments and major projects;
  • Demonstrated experience in environmental and planning law; and
  • Experience in land access and compensation claims would be beneficial.

You will deliver:

  • Excellent negotiation skills as well as the ability to interact and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proven ability to problem solve and continuously improve systems and processes
  • The ability to develop strategic and cohesive partnerships with clients
  • A wide range of presentations and networking activities
  • A proven track record of attracting and retaining clients

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ post admission experience in property and development;
  • Proven ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
  • Proven ability to work well within a team
