About the role

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated Legal Assistant, with demonstrated experience in Workplace Relations or Corporate and Commercial practices to support our legal team, including an Accredited Specialist Principal Lawyer in Workplace Relations.

This is a busy practice area, with a strong base of existing clients, so your ability to relate well with clients is crucial.

You will be organised, motivated and feel confident working autonomously and as part of a close team, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on responding to requests in a timely manner.

You will deliver:

You will bring:

  • High level of workplace relations knowledge
  • Proven ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work well within a team
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
  • Experience with Lexis Affinity desirable but not essential
