About the role

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Geelong.
You will bring strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to support our lawyers in delivering high-quality services. Your ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively will be essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding client service, including onboarding new clients
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, including diary and deadline management of a number of lawyers
• Maintaining control of priorities through effective time management
• Supporting lawyers with file management and administrative tasks

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in legal administration or as a personal assistant in a professional services environment
• Exceptional organisational and file management skills with a high level of attention to detail
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with iManage and Lexis Affinity (desirable but not essential)
• Exposure to Intellectual Property, Property & Development, Conveyancing, or Employment Law (desirable but not essential)
