This role supports the smooth operation of the general office environment and has responsibility for coordinating the allocation of equipment and facilities, sorting mail daily, checking and ordering stationery and filing, including scanning of deeds and archived files, and other tasks as required from time-to-time.
With your client focus and excellent communication skills, you will also support reception as required, providing coverage for breaks and leave.
You will need to pitch in and help with a wide variety of administrative tasks, so your commitment and willingness to help are crucial skills in this role.
This is an office-based role at our Geelong office.
