About the role

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and experienced Reception & Administration Assistant to work full time supporting our Melbourne office, on William Street in the CBD.

You will be organised, motivated and feel confident working autonomously and as part of a close team, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on responding to requests in a timely manner.

You will be the initial contact point for clients attending the Melbourne office, and you will assist with the setting up of various events held on site from time to time.

You will ensure the office runs smoothly by coordinating office and desk allocations on the guidance of the relevant teams, ensuring the kitchen remains fully stocked and clean, and liaising with other tenants in the building as required.

You will also provide back-up support with overflow phone calls from our Geelong and Surf Coast offices as required, as well as some legal assistant back-up on occasion.

You will deliver:

  • Client focused service
  • An ability to move from one task to another, quickly and efficiently
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Efficient time management to maintain control of key priorities

You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administration Assistant in a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to work well within a team
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
