We are looking for a professional and highly motivated Reception & Administration Assistant to work full time, Monday to Friday supporting our Geelong office.
This role will be responsible for reception duties at the front desk of our Geelong office on a daily basis, as well as providing general office administration support across our Executives Services teams including HR, Marketing, IT and Finance.
Each day will look a little different. You may be answering client calls on reception in the morning, and then assisting the Finance team with the creation of various reports in the afternoon. You may be helping to welcome a new employee the next day, and then scheduling various professional development training sessions for the lawyers across the firm. This role is varied and will require you to be flexible and have a demonstrated ability to move smoothly from one task to another.
You will need to pitch in and help with a wide variety of administrative tasks, so your commitment and willingness to help are crucial skills in this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration or customer service in a professional services environment.
