Client update COVID-19

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our people, our clients and the broader community that we operate within.

We would like to share with you what we are doing to ensure we protect our people, clients and our community in response to the current COVID-19 situation.

We are discussing the situation daily and are constantly monitoring the information from the Australian Department of Health.

Coulter Legal is fully resourced to continue to provide the high level of support expected from our clients during this rapidly changing situation with COVID-19.

We have excellent remote access that enables our people to work from home as required. Flexibility is a key part of our culture and operations, so many of our people already have the ability to work remotely with ease.  We therefore anticipate little or no disruption to our service delivery.

We have directed people displaying any symptoms of illness to remain at home as a safety precaution and all employees returning from international travel will self-quarantine at home for 14 days.

Our people will continue to be accessible to you by phone, email or video conference, as we reduce face-to-face appointments during this time.

If you are unwell, we ask that you contact us to change the format of your appointment to over the phone or by video, if you have not already been contacted by your legal partner.

We have been reinforcing important hygiene standards for all our people and our contracted cleaners are undertaking additional cleaning duties to continue to minimise the risk at our offices.

We assure you that we are able to continue to provide you the support you need as we work through this difficult time together.
