Amelia joined Coulter Legal in August 2021, where she assists the Executive Services Team as the HR Consultant.
She has previous experience in HR, having worked in top tier legal firms in Melbourne as well as legal recruitment firms.
Amelia is responsible for organising the recruitment, training and compliance elements of the HR function at Coulter Legal. As well as overseeing the administration functions of the Executive Services Team alongside the General Manager.
Amelia's role includes people management, general recruitment, graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment, training and development of our people and projects.
