As a member of the Executive Services team, Amelia plays an integral role in supporting the firm's people strategy and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. She is responsible for managing a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and compliance, employee engagement and administration functions alongside the Chief Operating Officer. Amelia’s role also includes running the graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment programs.
