Amy Stagg

Empathetic, kind and pragmatic, Amy worked in a range of challenging practice areas including Personal Injury, Disability Law, Migration Law and Child Protection, before landing firmly in Family & Relationship Law in 2017.  Amy appreciates the sensitive nature of Family & Relationship Law matters and recognises that the best possible legal outcome needs to accommodate and balance both financial and emotional priorities.  Amy is passionate about Family & Relationship Law and takes pride in assisting her clients through what can often be the most challenging period of their lives.

Following her admission as a solicitor in 2019, Amy worked in a specialist family law firm in the Melbourne CBD.  After hearing our General Manager, Belinda Perisic and Managing Principal, Anne O’Loughlin present at a local networking event about the importance of regional practice, Amy joined the Coulter Legal team in March 2020.  Amy continues to thrive in a regional working environment and has recently moved to the Warrnambool area, offering our quality Family & Relationship Law expertise along the East Coast.
