Lawyer | Workplace RelationsCinzia is an experienced employment lawyer in our Workplace Relations team, working across our Geelong and Melbourne offices. Cinzia’s passion for employment law began while she was working as a paralegal at a large international law firm, specialising in employment law.
Prior to joining Coulter Legal, she practised in Melbourne where she developed specific legal knowledge in employment and industrial relations matters.
In addition to providing commercial and practical advice on a range of employment law issues, Cinzia can assist clients with Fair Work Commission disputes, modern award and industrial instrument interpretation and compliance, post-employment restraint of trade issues and discrimination disputes, as well as drafting general employment documentation.
