Fleur is an experienced and highly respected lawyer who has dedicated her career to Children’s Law. For over 17 years, she was the principal of her own legal practice, providing expert guidance and strong advocacy for children, parents, and carers navigating the complexities of the Child Protection system.
Since 2012, Fleur has been recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as an Accredited Specialist in Children’s Law, a reflection of her deep expertise and commitment to this field. She is also a long-term member of the LIV Children’s Law Advisory Committee, where she contributes to the ongoing improvement of legal practice in Children’s Law in Victoria.
Fleur believes strongly in the rule of law and in the independence of the Children’s Court of Victoria, and in the importance of providing clients with clear, strategic, and compassionate advice in all matters.
