Georgina is a highly skilled advisor with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law in Australia and overseas. She has particular expertise in private capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, financing transactions, and intellectual property licensing matters across several industries, including agribusiness, financial services, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, transport and logistics, manufacturing, retail, artificial intelligence, engineering, real estate, aged care, preschool education, travel and tourism, and the health sector.
