Katherine is an experienced litigator with over 10 years’ experience across a wide range of matters, industries and jurisdictions.

Katherine has particular experience and knowledge in the areas of directors’ duties, corporate governance, contractual disputes, personal and corporate insolvency, shareholder disputes and fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining Coulter Legal in 2019, she practised at a law firm in Melbourne and successfully acted for directors in defending class actions brought by investors in failed managed investment schemes, which involved claims of insolvent trading and misleading and deceptive conduct, among others.

Katherine has also acted in various employment law matters involving general employment law, OH&S and WorkCover. Her depth of experience, practical approach and calm demeanour make her a trusted advisor and help her consistently deliver commercially focused results for her clients.
