Melaine joined the Property & Development team in 2019 having previously worked at a top tier law firm in Melbourne for 11 years. She has extensive experience in a variety of property matters including residential sale and purchases for private, commercial and institutional clients, off – the plan matters including vacant land and multi complex housing developments. Melaine can also assist with Mortgagee recovery for private and institutional clients and Interstate residential conveyancing transactions.
Melaine is a member of PEXA’s Advisory Council and has been recognised by the Council of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria) as the Legal Executive of the Year 2020.
