Olivia joined Coulter Legal in 2024, having previously practised at a top-tier specialist family law firm. Olivia graduated from Deakin University in 2017 having completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations).
Olivia has dedicated her legal career to family law since her admission to practise in 2019. She was also nominated as a finalist for the 2024 Lawyers Weekly '30 Under 30' awards for Family Law.
Olivia has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of family law matters including property matters, spousal maintenance, de facto claims, financial agreements, child support and parenting disputes. Olivia has a particular interest in both amicable and high conflict parenting matters including interstate and international relocation, substance use and serious allegations of family violence.
