Sarah Masters

Sarah has practised almost exclusively in Child Protection law and related children's legal matters for the past 17 years. She was accredited as a Children's Law Specialist in 2012 and is an active member of the LIV Children's Law Advisory Committee, which is responsible for assessing and accrediting Children's Law Specialists.

Sarah has a deep understanding of the Victorian Child Protection system and its associated legal processes and procedures. She has significant experience managing complex Child Protection matters, including appeals to the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, applications to the Supreme Court pursuant to its protective parens patriae jurisdiction, and review matters in VCAT.

She provides expert legal representation to Coulter Legal clients in all matters related to the care and protection of children. Drawing on her comprehensive knowledge of current policies, processes, and procedures, as well as her specialist understanding of relevant legislative frameworks and case law, Sarah is committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

She applies her expertise to deliver innovative legal solutions and support desired outcomes for Coulter Legal clients in all Child Protection matters.
