Welcome to the team Alastair Noakes – Lawyer, Family & Relationship Law. In addition to property and parenting advice, Alastair can assist parents who have been contacted by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) regarding initial investigations or Protection Applications as well as Grandparents and non-parents involved in Children’s Court proceedings. He has a passion for promoting the rights of a child in family law proceedings.
