About the role

With strong continued growth in our busy Family & Relationship Law team, we are looking for an enthusiastic administration trainee to join us, based in our Geelong office.

Your tasks will include:

  • answering telephone calls;
  • taking messages;
  • welcoming clients;
  • scheduling meetings and appointments;
  • entering data into our practice management system;
  • document management;
  • preparation of briefs to counsel;
  • providing reception cover as required;
  • typing dictations and letters; and
  • general administrative duties.

You will deliver:

  • Client focused service
  • An ability to move from one task to another, quickly and efficiently
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Efficient time management to maintain control of key priorities

You will bring:

  • An interest in an Administration career pathway
  • Proven ability to work well within a team
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude

You may be studying:

  • Advanced Diploma of Legal Practice
  • Associate Degree in Legal Practice (Paralegal)
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (any)
  • Certificate III or IV in Legal Services
