We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Associate with demonstrated experience in working on complex litigation matters, across a diverse range of sectors and service areas, including corporate disputes contract disputes, insolvency related litigation including unfair preference claims, commercial property disputes and intellectual property disputes.
This is a busy practice area, with a strong base of existing clients, so your ability to relate well with clients is crucial. You will work closely with the team’s Special Counsel and Senior Associate to provide coaching and guidance to Associates and Lawyers within the team.
You will provide tailored advice on complex matters to a variety of clients ranging from SMEs to large national organisations with a broad range of interesting and exciting work.
You will be organised, motivated and feel confident working autonomously and as part of a close team, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on responding to requests in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is able to work full time, or part time which may include working across five days with reduced hours or a compressed working week and would ideally be based in our Melbourne office with flexibility to work from home as well.
