Bianca has a wide legal skill set as she previously worked as a Generalist Solicitor for five years prior to deciding to focus primarily on Property & Development at Coulter Legal when she joined the firm in November 2022.
Bianca enjoys Property Law because Property crosses over into most areas of practice. Bianca has worked on various property matters, including advising on mortgage documents, acting for purchasers and vendors in both commercial and residential purchase and sales, as well as acting for large developers who have built, sold and leased properties within “power centre” type developments.
