Celia joined the Corporate & Commercial team in December 2022 where she takes pride in delivering timely and relevant advice to her clients. She enjoys building a deep understanding of her clients and their needs because she believes that the best advice comes with a sophisticated understanding of a client’s business and goals. Celia has extensive experience working in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, contracts and commercial dispute resolution.

She enjoys working with clients to assist them with a variety of their business needs such as protecting IP, arrangements with employees and stakeholders, trading terms and conditions, asset protection, privacy, competition and consumer regimes and dispute resolution.
During a short break from private practice Celia worked in house as general counsel and company secretary. Here she gained invaluable experience of the daily pressures faced by businesses and their owners. This experience has given Celia an important perspective from which to provide relevant and sympathetic advice to her clients.
