Courtney joined Coulter Legal as a Legal Assistant in June 2022, and commenced as a Law Graduate in November 2022 completing a 12-month rotation program across multiple departments at the firm.
Courtney was admitted to practice as a solicitor at the Supreme Court of Victoria in August 2023. She is currently a Lawyer working in the Employment, Discrimination & Equality Team, working closely alongside Special Counsel, Alexandra Gronow.
Prior to her legal career, Courtney worked in Human Resources for two years, developing her understanding of common employment related issues. Additionally, she has attained experience at Deakin Law Clinic, a community and teaching law firm, working in the Employment Law Practice.
Outside of work Courtney loves to take her dog on outdoor adventures, attend a Pilates class and visit local wineries.
