Josine is the Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and is an experienced commercial litigator with over 25 years’ experience in the private and public sector. Starting in unsecured enforcements for banking and finance clients she developed an expertise in insolvency representing creditors and insolvency practitioners. A move to the NT provided a depth of experience for Josine with litigation clients in tourism, property development, agribusiness, and construction. While in the NT Josine worked for the NT Government in both litigation and policy development roles.
Josine has managed dispute resolution processes for clients all sectors of industry and across all forums - from small claims tribunals to Supreme Courts to leading the team representing the interests of the Northern Territory in the Royal Commission into the Protection and Detention of Children in the Northern Territory. She has represented clients on the land, Government Ministers, Chief Executive Officers, business entrepreneurs and everyone in-between. She has an open and welcoming approach always ready to investigate and solve the next problem that comes her way.
