Lauren Solomonson

Lauren is an experienced Wills & Estates lawyer, who has worked exclusively in this area of law since her admission to legal practice in 2019. She worked at Coulter Legal between 2018 and 2021 as a paralegal, and later as a lawyer.

Prior to rejoining Coulter Legal in 2024, Lauren worked at a law firm that focused on Probate, Letters of Administration, and Deceased Estate matters nationwide and supported Australia's leading online estate planning platform. With a passion for assisting clients through complex or difficult situations, including the loss of a loved one, or discussions around estate planning wishes, Lauren aims to provide her clients with clear and comprehensive advice so each client's matter can be dealt with compassionately and efficiently.

Lauren has been recognised on several occasions for her commitment to innovation in the Wills & Estates profession and the delivery of high-level legal services. She has been a finalist in the Wills & Estates category of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Law Awards in 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as a finalist in the Wellness Advocate category of the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards in 2020. During Lauren's time studying at Deakin University, she received the Vice-Chancellor's Medal for Outstanding Contribution to University Life and in 2019 she won the Geelong Youth Award in the Leadership and Positive Role Model category. Lauren is currently the President of the Deakin Law School Alumni Chapter and is a former Director of the Geelong Animal Welfare Society (GAWS).
