New appointment – Selina Clark

A yearning for greener pastures has led lawyer Selina Clark to make the move down the Princes Highway and into the thriving offices of Coulter Legal, bringing a decade of property and commercial experience to the firm’s team of local commercial experts.

Selina grew up in country Deniliquin near Echuca whilst her husband Lenny, a firefighter with the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, is from Murtoa. The couple always had a dream of raising their two young children on some land – a dream realised with the purchase of an acreage property in Mount Duneed.

“We have always had a drive to move to a more country setting, to raise our children with some space around them,” Selina said.

“Geelong gives us the best of both worlds – the wide open spaces and country feel, along with a flourishing business sector to support my career and proximity to Melbourne for my husband’s work.”

Selina has significant expertise in both commercial and property matters, with a specialisation in compulsory acquisition – specialist expertise she will be offering to Coulter Legal clients. She also has experience in property, leasing, planning, valuations, negotiation and litigation.

“I pride myself on building excellent rapport with my clients and establishing long-term relationships built on trust,” Selina said.

“Focusing on achieving the right outcome for each client, based on a strategic analysis of their matter, is of upmost importance to me.”

Selina will be part of the Coulter Legal Corporate and Commercial department.
