Welcome to the team, Richard Ashley, Special Counsel – Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Richard joins us with almost 30 years of experience in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution, property disputes, trade practices disputes, insolvency, and debt recovery in both State and Federal jurisdictions.

He is also experienced in Domestic Building disputes in both VCAT and the State Courts.
